To celebrate a safe and Merry Christmas, Santa will visit your kids on virtual calls this year on Dec 19 and 20.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
10 minutes before the time of your meeting with Santa Claus
- Please log in using the zoom link that was emailed to you.
- If you have a PC, a web page will open. If you have a Mac, iPad or iPhone computer, the zoom application will open.
- You will then find yourself in the waiting room.
- A technician will assist you and direct you to the meeting with Santa Claus.
- The meeting with Santa Claus lasts 3 minutes.
- Don’t forget to turn on your camera and microphone.
Due to the fact that Santa Claus is on an appointment every 5 minutes with a different family, in case of delay, your appointment will be cancelled.
One appointment per family is encouraged so Santa can see as many families as possible.
